राजस्थान विद्युत विभाग की बड़ी घोषणा: अब 'निशुल्क बिजली योजना' में उपभोक्ताओं को मिलेगा 150 यूनिट तक फ्री बिजली और ₹17,000 की अतिरिक्त सब्सिडी ​जयपुर। राजस्थान सरकार के बजट 2025-26 की घोषणा के अनुपालन में विद्युत विभाग ने 'मुख्यमंत्री निशुल्क बिजली योजना' के तहत उपभोक्ताओं के लिए नए दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए हैं। जयपुर विद्युत वितरण निगम लिमिटेड (JVVNL) द्वारा जारी आदेश के अनुसार, अब पात्र घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को सोलर पैनल लगवाने पर न केवल 150 यूनिट प्रतिमाह मुफ्त बिजली मिलेगी, बल्कि राज्य सरकार की ओर से ₹17,000 की अतिरिक्त सब्सिडी भी सीधे बैंक खाते में दी जाएगी। ​योजना की मुख्य विशेषताएं और लाभ: ​150 यूनिट फ्री बिजली: वर्तमान में मिल रही 100 यूनिट की सीमा को बढ़ाकर 150 यूनिट कर दिया गया है। यह लाभ उन उपभोक्ताओं को मिलेगा जिन्होंने PM सूर्य घर: मुफ्त बिजली योजना के तहत कम से कम 1.1 किलोवाट (KW) क्षमता का रूफटॉप सोलर सिस्टम लगवाया है। ​₹17,000 की स्टेट सब्सिडी: केंद्र सरकार की सब्सिडी (CFA) के अलावा, राजस्थान सरकार (Discoms) उपभोक्ता को सोलर प्लांट लगाने पर ₹17,000 की अतिरिक्त वित्तीय सहायता देगी। यह राशि उपभोक्ता के बैंक खाते में DBT के माध्यम से जमा की जाएगी। ​शून्य बिल का प्रावधान: यदि उपभोक्ता की कुल खपत (सोलर उत्पादन + ग्रिड से ली गई बिजली) 150 यूनिट तक है, तो उसका बिजली बिल शून्य (Zero Amount) होगा। 150 यूनिट से अधिक होने पर नियमानुसार शुल्क देय होगा। ​कौन उठा सकता है लाभ?
