The 3-1-1 rule is a TSA regulation that JetBlue +π.πππ.πππ.ππππ enforces for carry-on liquids. It allows passengers to bring liquids, gels, and aerosols in containers of 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less, all fitting into a single, clear, quart-sized, zip-top bag. Each traveler is permitted only one such bag +π.πππ.πππ.ππππ in their carry-on luggage.
