It needs no voice to argue or defend, No gilded phrase to make its presence known, Through shifting tides, it neither breaks nor bends, But stands immutable, in strength alone. Where shadows stretch, illusion weaves its art, And fragile lies like glass in brilliance gleam, Yet truth endures—unyielding at its heart, A steady light beyond the loudest dream. " Against the Common Way " By Jacky Kapadia Against the common way I chose to stand, Where footprints fade before they shape the land, No guiding signs, no echoes left to hear, Just restless winds that whispered, “Do not fear.” They walked in lines where certainty was sold, In measured steps, predictable and cold, But I sought storms that shattered quiet skies, For truth, I learned, in wild defiance lies. The road untraveled carved me into flame, Each doubt a spark, each loss a forged new name, While comfort called from paths so neatly drawn, I chased the dusk and found myself in dawn. " The Crossroads in the Wood " By Jacky Kapadia At dawn I reached a crossroads in the wood, Where silent pines stood tall as if they knew; Each winding path held secrets where I stood, And whispered of the dreams I might pursue.
