The road ahead is veiled in haze, Lit only by our hopeful gaze; Yet courage blooms where fears reside, Within that moment we must decide. No map can show what lies beyond, No promise carved, no sacred bond; But hearts grow strong when faith is guide, And dreams awaken when we decide. " The Crossroads in the Wood " By Jacky Kapadia At dawn I reached a crossroads in the wood, Where silent pines stood tall as if they knew; Each winding path held secrets where I stood, And whispered of the dreams I might pursue. One trail was bright with promise and with speed, Another curved through shadows, calm and slow; Between the two stood choice—my quiet need, To trust the inner voice I’ve come to know. The forest listened softly as I stayed, While drifting light danced gently through the trees; For every step a destiny is made, Carried onward by uncertain breeze. The first is lined with borrowed light, Familiar signs I’ve learned to read, The other bends beyond my sight, A path that asks for faith, not speed. Each choice reshapes the name I wear, Each step edits the tale I tell, For destinies are drawn in air By how we choose to walk, not dwell. Two Roads 🛣️ By Jacky Kapadia Two roads unroll where morning breaks, One paved with promise, clear and wide; The other bends through silent lakes And shadows where old doubts reside. The first is lit by crowded flame, With signposts carved in public sight; The second bears no guiding name, Yet hums with undiscovered light. I weigh the maps of borrowed dreams Against the pull of untamed will, And hear within the crossing streams A choice that time alone can still.
