An age ago, the roads were yet unknown, Yet every step felt certain, brave, and free; The seeds of quiet futures had been sown Within the restless soil of memory. An age ago, the voices rang out clear, With laughter echoing through golden days; Though years have drawn their quiet shadows near, Their warmth still lingers in remembered ways. Promises kept and some we keep, While shadows dance where light once stayed. Still through the changes the years have spun, A quiet strength within remains.
