Talkfever Growth Partnership Award 2026 Terms and Conditions

1. Award Distribution: Awards will be distributed at the Creators Growth Partnership Summit 2026 in Gwalior.
2. Travel Expeses: No stay, accommodation, or travel expenses will be provided to attendees.
3. Super Creators Award: Additional award benefits will be given to top creators based on their referral network.
4. Long-term Association: Top 100 creators will be considered for a long-term association with Talkfever as social ambassadors.
5. Termination: Talkfever reserves the right to cancel the award program if participation remains below 50%. Participants will receive special compensation (INR 10-20 per signup) based on their affiliated network.
6. Deadline Extension: The deadline for the creator competition may be extended at Talkfever's discretion.
7. Anti-Spam Policy: Accounts violating anti-spam policies will be blocked.
8. False Data: Accounts with false data or using shortcut methods for referrals will be disqualified if found inactive.
9. Misleading Information: Providing misleading information will lead to strict action.
   Support: Creators can contact Talkfever through the support center or email support@talkfever.com.
10. Taxes: Company will deduct TDS and other taxes as per Indian Tax Laws.
11. KYC: KYC is mandatory for award distribution.
12. Jurisdiction: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
13. Participation: All users across the globe can participate in this contest (Any user from Pakistan & Bangladesh are not allowed)
14. Force Measure: Talkfever may terminate the program in such circumstances which are not under control of the management team.
15. Disclaimer: Talkfever is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the breach of the terms.
