We're thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our company's journey! On Monday, we'll be introducing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) pool of 8.5% to 10% for our dedicated founders, co-founders, and employees because our investor reached at our door and pool must be reserved for founding team and employees before.

ESOP Details
- ESOP Pool: 8.5% to 10% of the company's equity
- Exercise Price/Strike Price/Grant Price: The price at which employees can purchase shares once vested. Often, this price is lower than the market price, making it an attractive opportunity for our team.
- Accelerated Vesting: Applicable in certain events like mergers, acquisitions, or IPOs, allowing employees to access their shares faster than the standard vesting schedule.

What is Accelerated Vesting?
Accelerated vesting lets employees gain access to their equity compensation sooner, typically in response to significant events. This means instead of waiting for the full vesting period (often 3-5 years), employees can vest their shares or options quicker.
