◆ Project Overview:


Implement an automated quality inspection platform combining Siemens PLC, Industrial Edge AI, industrial cameras, and machine vision algorithms. Products moving on conveyor belts are inspected for defects, dimensional accuracy, color variation, and surface damage.


The PLC synchronizes image capture with conveyor motion while AI classifies defective products automatically. Production statistics, rejection rates, and quality reports are displayed on WinCC Unified dashboards for continuous improvement and traceability.
