Murder Mystery 2 REVIEW – Not Even Mediocre

Sandler-Aniston movies bring me a lot consolation, and I’m not afraid to mention it. They’re just fuss-loose, clean options for when I’ve had a awful day and simply need a laugh. The critics didn’t revel in Just Go With It or maybe the first Murder Mystery, but I preferred both sufficient to rewatch them over the years, particularly Just Go with It. It absolutely rehashes the same beats of the previous movie, and doesn’t deliver anything new to the table. I realize it’s intended to be fuss-loose, however it shouldn’t sense lazy and missing effort.

Even the comedy is a letdown. They reuse comparable gags, but they don’t work as efficiently as in the first film. For example, in Murder Mystery, Sandler’s Nick keeps asking if the meals’s been organized but.
